Consent for Photo Release

Hi everyone. Thanks to Brittany for creating this Google form indicating your consent to use your picture on social media. Please fill it out ASAP and remember Donalee will be taking cast photos the next two Tuesdays. Reminder, fees are due now, $100 for students and $125 for adults.
